Their Refurbishment and Fit‑Out division is expanding rapidly, with repeat business from major national brands including Amazon and leading high‑street retailers. Projects typically range from 100k to 3m, from fast‑track retail refurbishments to multi‑phase redevelopment schemes, often working in live environments where safety, communication, and minimal disruption are key.
Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple retail fit‑out and refurbishment schemes across the North, operating from their Durham office.
You’ll manage a small portfolio of concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality expectations. Working closely with Project and Site Managers, you will support pre‑construction planning, resource coordination, client management, and on‑site performance.
