Your Role as a Contracts Manager will include:

  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within agreed budgets
The successful Contracts Manager will need:
  • Experience managing FM / maintenance / small works contracts
  • Hospitality, retail, leisure or pubs experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organisation & client-facing skills
  • Commutable to Sidcup and willing to travel locally
