What Youll Be Doing:

Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle: draft, negotiate, and execute key agreements

Spot and mitigate commercial and legal risk before it becomes an issue

Handle contract changes, variations, and claims with precision

Lead subcontractor negotiations, performance tracking, and dispute resolution

Keep meticulous records and ensure contract performance stays on track

Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business

What Youll Bring:

A degree in Law, Business, or Supply Chain

Solid experience in contract management within manufacturing or an industrial environment

Strong knowledge of UK contract law and commercial principles

Confident negotiator with top-tier communication and analytical skills

Proven ability to influence at senior level and navigate complex contracts

ERP familiarity, procurement experience, or IACCM membership will be an advantage

Youll work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Exec teams,shaping commercial outcomes and safeguarding strategic interests.
