About the Company

Our client is a leading roofing and cladding contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality industrial projects across the Yorkshire region. They specialise in the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of industrial roofing and cladding systems — including built-up systems, composite panels, standing seam, and single ply.

With a healthy pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee multiple projects from tender through to completion.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of several roofing and cladding projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll liaise closely with clients, site teams, and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial roofing & cladding contracts across Yorkshire
• Oversee project delivery from pre-start to handover
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
• Manage budgets, valuations, and cost control
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve project targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
• Monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance across all sites

About You

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the industrial roofing & cladding sector
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (built-up, composite, single ply, etc.)
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Yorkshire region
