Contracts Manager Opportunity: Design & Build Facilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager in Oxfordshire to deliver specialised design & build projects for controlled environments. This is a hands‑on operational role, working across client sites and offices.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Extensive experience leading complex design & build projects.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience with NEC & JCT contracts.
  • Detailed understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Commercial astuteness.
  • Higher education/BEng in Construction/Project Management or Engineering discipline.
  • Full UK driving licence
