Location: Office Based in Manchester and visiting sites UK Wide

About the Role

This is a hands‑on Contracts Manager position for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑spec interior fit‑out environments. You'll be overseeing multiple projects across the UK, ranging from £500K to £2M, with a focus on leisure and hospitality projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing project delivery from start to finish across multiple sites (volume depends on project value)
• Managing health & safety on site and ensuring compliance
• Leading and coordinating the on‑site install team
• Conducting site walkarounds and liaising directly with clients
• Ensuring timely and accurate valuations and cost tracking
• Working closely with the QS and Build Manager
• Coordinating direct‑to‑site deliveries and logistics
