Hydro International, a global leader in water management, is seeking a Contracts Manager - Capital Projects to lead the Capital Projects Delivery Team. Based in Clevedon or Nottingham with hybrid working, you will drive delivery of complex capital equipment installations and refurbishments across the UK, leading Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams.
You will shape delivery strategy, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, ensure safety and quality, and report on performance.
Location: Clevedon, Somerset or Nottingham (Hybrid Working)
Working Pattern: Minimum 3 days per week office-based
Travel: Regular travel to customer and project sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays required

This is a high-profile leadership role with full accountability for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of capital equipment installation and refurbishment projects for UK water utility clients. Based from either our Clevedon or Nottingham office, you'll lead a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll play a key role in shaping delivery strategy, driving commercial performance, building strong customer relationships and developing a high-performing team. With responsibility for operational excellence, project governance and departmental profitability, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both business performance and customer success.
