Contracts Manager Fit-Out Projects | Gravesend (ideal for those in Dartford/Bexley areas)

We're looking for a Contracts Manager ready to take the next step. If you've spent the past few years managing fit-out or refurb projects and want to move off the tools and into a more strategic, office-based role (with the odd site visit), this could be the one.

You'll oversee multiple projects up to £5m across commercial, residential, education, and hotel sectors joining a tight-knit team of 15 where everyone gets stuck in and has a laugh along the way.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects up to £5m across commercial, residential, education, and hotel sectors.
• Coordinate project delivery from planning through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage scope, risks, and change control.

Requirements

• Experience managing fit-out/refurb projects (£500k–£5m).
• Trade background (carpentry/joinery especially welcome).
• Solid on-site knowledge and practical understanding of internal packages.
• Tech-friendly with comfortable use of reports and spreadsheets.
• A team player with a bit of banter and a hands-on attitude.
