Civils Contracts Manager Residential Work - Liverpool

We re looking for a confident, hands on Civils Contracts Manager to oversee residential infrastructure works across several housing developments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and can motivate teams to deliver high-quality results, this is the role for you.

What You ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing roads, sewers, drainage, utilities, foundations and all groundworks across multiple live sites.
  • Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work.
  • Managing programmes, budgets, materials and resources to keep projects on track.
  • Working closely with housebuilders, local authorities and utility providers.
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM, HSEQ standards, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience delivering residential civils work.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple sites and teams with confidence.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets/variations.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
  • SMSTS/CSCS and a full driving licence.
