Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering fast-paced retail projects? We re working with a leading principal contractor who are looking to expand their team with a high-calibre professional capable of overseeing major national retail schemes.

The Role
  • Managing multiple retail projects simultaneously across the UK
  • Ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
  • Leading project teams and coordinating with site management
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing health & safety compliance across all sites
What We re Looking For
  • Strong experience within large-scale retail construction
  • Proven ability to manage multi-site programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
  • Black CSCS card or NVQ Level 6
  • SMSTS qualification
  • 3-Day First Aid certification
  • M&S delivery experience is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required
