We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of three high-value operational contracts, each valued at approximately £12m per annum. The role covers a mixed portfolio of drainage, vegetation management, and fencing works across a large, long-term framework.

This is a full-time, office-based position in East London, with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operational, commercial, and contractual performance.

You will take full ownership of health & safety compliance, commercial control, programme delivery, and client relationships, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale infrastructure or highways contracts
  • Strong commercial and operational leadership skills
  • Ability to manage clients, supply chain partners, and internal teams
  • Experience within drainage, vegetation, fencing, or similar asset maintenance environments preferred
