Overview

Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading interior fit-out sub‑contractor who specialise in FF&E projects. This Glasgow based company are looking for a contracts manager to join their team where you will be working with some of the leading main contractors. Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of fit-out and FF&E projects, managing them from pre‑construction to completion
• Managing and training operatives on site
• CVR Meetings
• Reviewing and managing contracts
• Managing valuations
• Overseeing supply chain performance

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must have fit-out or FF&E experience.

Salary
