• Lead and manage the successful delivery of all M&E services across a high-value contract.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships through professional communication and service excellence.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control to ensure profitability and contract growth.
• Manage and develop on-site teams, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports and financial summaries to senior leadership.
• Support strategic planning, contract renewals, and future business opportunities.

About You

• Proven experience in Contracts or Operations Management within the M&E / Facilities Management sector.
