Job summary

You will be involved in visiting properties, creating valuations, and assessing works, with a client-facing role throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have experience surveying properties and assessing damage, including from a social housing background, and strong IT skills to use contractor software.

TSR are working on behalf of a Nottingham based construction business, recruiting for a Contracts Manager/Building Surveyor to focus on minor works/insurance projects. This long-established contractor has built lasting relationships with major insurance companies and provides an effective service at assessment, valuation and hands on work to recondition and refurbishment effected properties.

Requirements of the role will be to potentially visit effected properties, using software provided by the contractor, creating valuations for the required works. The ideal candidate will have experience of surveying properties and assessing damage, including from a social housing background.
