We're looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of high-profile works. You'll provide leadership, drive performance, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the delivery of highways projects across the South East to include Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridge
  • Maximise financial returns and manage contractual risk
  • Drive operational strategy and ensure compliance with safety and business policies
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners
  • Identify commercial opportunities and support long-term work bank growth
  • Resolve disputes, manage risks, and ensure cash flow targets are met
  • Promote continuous improvement and share best practice across projects
  • Support and develop your team, driving engagement and performance
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in Construction, Highways, and Surfacing
  • Strong leadership and contract management skills
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification
  • HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving ability
  • A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • IT Data Management (highly desirable)
  • Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable)
