Contracts Manager - Warrington


£60,000 - £70,000 + Car or Car Allowance


Our client is a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects nationwide across multiple fit out sectors. They have established themselves as a growing, nationwide contractor, working on multiple frameworks with a strong pipeline of work ahead. To support this growth, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.



Responsibilities


  • Manage and deliver multiple projects across the UK, ensuring programmes, budgets, and H&S compliance are maintained.

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, liaising with their project managers and site managers.

  • Work closely with the Operations team and fit out site staff to achieve smooth project delivery.

  • Track project financials, prepare applications, and liaise with the QS team across multiple sites.

  • Lead procurement of construction materials and plant, managing suppliers, subcontractors, and labour agencies.

  • Review tender information with QS to assess project suitability.

  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on progress, performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Use project systems and programming tools to plan and monitor works effectively.



Candidate Requirements


  • Extensive knowledge of Fit Out and Construction.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Manager, with at least 5 years in construction/fit out.

  • SMSTS and CSCS.

  • Degree, HNC, or HND in Construction Management or related discipline (preferred).

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Adaptable, motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
