Relocating is a significant step, and for the right candidate, a relocation package is available to help make the move as smooth as possible.

Life in Shetland is enriching; enjoy an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle with opportunities for sailing, rowing, surfing, mountain biking, hiking, and golf — all on your doorstep. The islands have modern sports centres and 300 stocked lochs for fishing enthusiasts.

Many people believe Shetland has a harsh climate in the winter months, but climate and temperature are generally moderate all year round, with the average temperature typically never below freezing. The local economy is strong, supported by a thriving energy sector, and the region is governed by the richest council in the UK outside London, ensuring high-quality public services.
