A well-established main contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager in Essex to oversee multiple projects in Healthcare, Education, and Commercial refurbishment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing contracts, excellent people skills, and relevant qualifications. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £70K to £90K plus package, depending on experience.

GVR Solutions are currently representing an accomplished business, based in Essex, who are in the market for a Contracts Manager to join their team. The company are a very well-established Main contractor who are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team that work on Healthcare, Education and Commercial refurbishment and fit out projects.

Responsibilities and duties of the Contracts Manager:
  • Overseeing 3-5 projects at any given time
  • Be responsible for the progress of each site
  • Report to the Contracts Director
  • Involved with planning the projects and overseeing them to final accounts
  • You will attend site regularly to hold progress meetings with the client
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Contracts Manager in the main contracting sector
  • Experience managing multiple contracts at any given time
  • Excellent people skills
