Due to increased project volume, my client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee high‑profile fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the high street and retail sectors. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple live projects (typically 2–3 simultaneously)
  • Lead and coordinate site teams and project managers
  • Liaise directly with clients, including financial institutions and retail brands
  • Conduct weekly/monthly progress meetings and ensure timely reporting
  • Oversee fit‑outs including office refurbishments and high‑street retail units
  • Ensure compliance with NBS specifications and contractual obligations
