Contracts Manager - Construction (New Build, Refurbishment & Fit-Out)

Salary: up to £75K

Location: Staffordshire - travel required

An expanding main contractor seeks a driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across hospitality, assisted living, and general build sectors. Projects typically range from £100k-£2m nationwide.

You’ll manage projects from tender to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards while working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers.

• Commercially astute with JCT/NEC contract experience
• Proven leadership and site management skills
