Job summary

Paxton Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its construction division in Aberdeen.

You will manage multiple live contracts, lead Site Managers and site teams, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and specification while maintaining safety, quality, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Strong track record delivering construction projects.
• Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, commercial principles and CDM.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Significant experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• A strong track record delivering construction projects successfully.
• Good knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, commercial principles and CDM.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• Full UK driving licence.
• HNC/HND/Degree in construction or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Experience in sectors such as housing, education or commercial construction would be beneficial.
