Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a qualified professional to assess quotations and orders, ensuring pricing and terms comply with company requirements and applicable law. The role collaborates with stakeholders to maintain the contract review process across the business and keep ERP data accurate throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will identify risks early, coordinate with operations and engineering, and prepare cost recovery claims where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to hit monthly KPIs.
• Sound understanding of ERP Systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer quotations and orders to ensure prices and terms meet Company requirements and legislation.
• Ensure new/repeat orders follow the contract review process and are signed off by stakeholders.
• Identify contractual, commercial or operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Arrange order acknowledgement and confirm delivery commitments with the business unit.
• Prepare data for monthly contract review meetings and update ERP records.
