Job summary

MSC Cruises in the UK is seeking a UK or EU qualified Legal Counsel to support a broad range of contracting activities. You will prepare, review, negotiate and manage agreements while advising stakeholders on contractual matters arising from day-to-day operations.

The role requires 4+ years' PQE, strong experience with supplier contracts, MSAs and NDAs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• UK or EU qualified lawyer with 4+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
• Familiarity with disputes and contractual correspondence related to suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews and negotiates a broad range of agreements including MSAs, NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Provides timely, practical legal guidance on contractual rights, obligations and risk.
• Partners with teams to support business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Manages contract templates, guidance materials and internal processes.
