Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our Finance & Administration team in London. The ideal candidate will excel in managing contractual processes, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and analyzing Service Order Requests (SORs), ensuring data accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Issuing contracts promptly and accurately to clients.
  • Handling operational contract inquiries from internal and external clients.
  • Managing contract receipt, archival, and database maintenance.
  • Mitigating risks by adhering to legal and policy guidelines.
  • Managing contractual changes due to client restructuring or mergers.
  • Collaborating with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Utilizing research platforms and troubleshooting technology issues.
  • Participating in projects related to system enhancements and client onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: French, Italian, or German.
  • Experience with contracts and data management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or account management roles.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
  • Results-driven with confidence, emotional intelligence, and decisiveness.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient with Bloomberg Terminal, Microsoft Office, SAP, Kofax.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Bloomberg Professional Service.
  • Understanding of IT systems like SAP and Kofax.
  • Passion for customer service and workflow efficiency.
