Contracts and Sales Process Manager
What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the creation, negotiation, and renewal of client agreements and Master Licence Agreements (MLAs).
  • Maintain and optimise a digital contract management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure contracts and processes align with business goals.
  • Lead the development and adoption of sales tools to improve efficiency and drive sales performance.
  • Train and support sales and account management staff in using technology tools effectively.
  • Analyse data and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and strengthen commercial workflows.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as a Contracts and Sales Process Manager or in a similar sales operations, commercial, or contracts role.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and regions.
  • Confidence using tools such as Excel, JIRA, PowerBI, and BPM software.
  • Understanding of sales process theory, change management, and project delivery.
