A healthcare organisation in Hawkesley seeks a candidate for a pivotal role focusing on data analysis and CQC compliance. You will gather and analyze data to support business decisions, conduct mock CQC inspections, and ensure practices meet regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare administration and strong analytical skills. This is a part-time role, approximately 30 hours per week, based on-site in Birmingham.
We are currently supporting a large healthcare client in the appointment of this integral position to their organisation. This role is 30 hours per week and based on site at their Head Office in Birmingham.
The purpose of the role is to collect and analyse data from within the organisation centrally and across GP practices and PCN’s to generate reports, dashboards, and visualisations that will support in making business decisions and ensuring that the central team, practices and PCN’s are compliant with CQC and other regulatory bodies.
The post will jointly lead on all aspects of CQC analysis for our member practices : providing a supportive role to the practices and supporting the preparation for CQC inspections.
The post holder will also monitor and analyse the organisations GP practice complaints and significant events through the organisation’s intranet, TeamNet.
