Job description

A great opportunity has arisen with a long established manufacturing company for a Contracts and Export Customer Support Administrator to join their friendly contracts team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will support the sales, contracts and export functions by coordinating project orders, managing customer communication, and ensuring smooth delivery and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write up quotations and support the Divisional Contract Director.
  • Process and schedule UK and export orders.
  • Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal departments to maintain accurate delivery information.
  • Handle customer queries, after-sales issues, and provide ongoing project support.
  • Arrange product samples/literature and maintain administrative records.
  • Build delivery/installation plans and coordinate with installation teams.
  • Participate in customer/site visits as required.
About You
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident managing multiple workloads and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach.
  • Comfortable working across departments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or contract administration is beneficial.
Additional Skills
  • Fully conversant in all Microsoft applications and social media.

You will have proven experience of working in an administrative role, be fully IT literate and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Project Management experience is advantageous.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00, with a one hour unpaid lunch break, 37.5 hours per week.
