Purpose of the role:

We are pleased to announce an opportunity to bring on board a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at Cardo in Pembrokeshire.

This is a key support role, working closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering quality service to our clients and tenants.

Responsibilities:
  • Logging jobs into our internal system
  • Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
  • Using client portals for updates and communication
  • Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractor
  • Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Sending regular reports to client
  • Raising purchase orders as require
  • Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the da
  • Confident working with internal systems and client portal
  • A team player with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
