Our committed customer base appreciates the quality of our content, completeness of our coverage, data delivery, technology, tools, and high touch client service model.

The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager (Contract) to help advance and execute the strategy for Bloomberg’s Corporate Actions data offering. In this 12-month role, you will focus on delivery, workflow integration, and data standardization — driving product milestones, enhancing corporate actions data quality, and supporting client adoption initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal Product, Data, and Engineering teams, leveraging your expertise in ISO 15022 (MT564/MT568) and ISO 20022 (CANO/CANC) to ensure alignment between industry standards, data models, and client workflows.

You will be responsible for:
  • Execute on the corporate actions product roadmap and deliver defined milestones within the 12-month period.
  • Lead day-to-day product development activities, including specification, prioritization, and backlog management through an agile process
  • Collaborate with Data and Engineering to improve data standardization to generate CANO/CANC and MT564/MT568 messages
  • Ensure accurate representation of event types, market practices, and instrument-level details across all data delivery channels
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to generate CANO/CANC and MT564/MT568 messages
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate actions content, standards, and automation initiatives.
You will need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role within financial data or asset servicing.
  • Deep understanding of corporate actions and asset servicing workflows.
  • Strong technical understanding of data architectures, APIs, and message translation frameworks.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining ISO 15022 (MT564/MT568) and ISO 20022 (CANO/CANC) messages for corporate actions
  • Experience engaging with industry associations or working groups focused on data standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against defined timelines in a fast-paced environment.
