3 Months Remote‑first with one day a fortnight in Leeds

We're working with a market‑leading organisation partnering with some of the biggest brands in the retail sector, who are looking for an experienced Technical Contract Business Analyst to work on critical system enhancements, integrations, and digital initiatives across the business.

This role will see you work on high‑impact technical programmes that optimise systems, automate processes, and deliver measurable operational benefits, making it a great opportunity to help shape and implement technology solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and document technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, system designs, and user stories
  • Map current ("as‑is") systems and processes, define future ("to‑be") states, and identify opportunities for technical improvement or automation
  • Support the delivery of IT and digital transformation programmes by ensuring requirements are clearly understood, prioritised, and implemented effectively
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on technical objectives
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and integrations
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with hands‑on involvement in systems, IT, or integration projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
  • Track record of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions and supporting adoption
  • Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
