Contract Support Supervisor

Salary: £27,500 to £28,000 per annum

About the Role

You will lead a team of Contract Support staff, ensuring seamless coordination between contract support, helpdesk reporting, and client interactions. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coaching your team, managing contractor and supplier relationships, and maintaining the CAFM system (Maximo) for accurate job tracking. You’ll monitor workloads to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, handle purchase orders and invoicing, and promote a customer‑first culture by managing escalations and building client trust. In addition, you will support HR processes such as onboarding, attendance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
