Overview

Contract Support Manager


Location: Head Office in Rubery, Birmingham


Hourly Rate: £15.77 per hour


Working Pattern: 20 hours per week, ideally over 5 days but open to flexibility

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Contract Support Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14forty on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.



Responsibilities


  • Prepare client review packs, KPI statistics, and quarterly performance reports with trend analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Maintain personnel files (P files).

  • Support internal and external meetings, including minute taking and document management.

  • Manage IT service requests and the reward & recognition voucher scheme (in line with HMRC and Compass processes).

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the management team.

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and support with contract variations.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high standards of accuracy in all reporting.

  • Build effective relationships with clients, account teams, and central departments.

  • Handle queries and calls promptly and professionally.



About you / Qualifications


  • Previous facilities management experience

  • Previous exposure to management reporting

  • Good commercial acumen

  • Strong IT skills - in particular Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong leadership and operational management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
