Contract Support Manager - North

Salary: £35,000 per annum + car or car allowance

Location: North of the UK (travel required across multiple sites)

We’re looking for a Contract Support Manager to provide hands‑on operational and management support across a number of high-volume catering sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership experience in contract catering or hospitality, who thrives on variety, challenge, and making a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting General Managers and operational teams across multiple sites.
  • Driving consistency, standards, and service excellence.
  • Assisting in mobilisations, audits, and improvement plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food standards.
  • Acting as a key link between site teams and senior management.
About you:
  • Proven background in contract catering, hospitality, or foodservice management.
  • Experience leading high-volume operations with strong financial and people management skills.
  • A natural communicator and motivator, able to adapt quickly and build relationships at all levels.
  • Passionate about food quality, service, and client satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally.
