🌟 Contract Support Lead – Bromley 🌟

📍 Location: Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

WPS is looking for a proactive and highly organised Contract Support Lead to join our team in Bromley. This is a full‑time, site‑based role supporting the delivery of facilities and property services in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the site team
  • Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
  • Support reporting, invoicing, and procurement processes

  • Previous experience in a contract support or facilities administration role
