The role

As a Contract Support Assistant you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will coordinate and oversee travel arrangements for Babcock employees within your area of responsibility.

Day-to-day you’ll have the following responsibilities :
  • Support the coordination and oversight of medicals inoculations and training compliance for all deployed personnel
  • Manage ad‑hoc requests related to employee medical and travel bookings
  • Liaise with external suppliers and maintain accurate use of booking systems.

This role is part‑time working 22 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office and Friday working from home. Friday afternoons (1‑2 pm) are a fixed requirement with flexibility to arrange the additional 2 working days to suit the candidate’s availability.

Essential experience of the Contract Support Assistant :
  • Proven experience in personal assistance administration or customer service roles
  • Skilled in managing ad‑hoc and last‑minute requests with efficiency and composure
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
Qualifications for the Contract Support Assistant :
