A not-for-profit housing association is seeking a Contract Supervisor in York to oversee maintenance and construction projects. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the housing repair sector and excellent customer service skills. This position is full-time, based at the Head Office with travel around North Yorkshire.

Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Property Services team as a Contract Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless customer journey. The Contract Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various maintenance and construction projects at our properties throughout North Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. Customer visits will concentrate around the York, Tadcaster and Selby areas but office base will be at our Head Office.
