  • Conduct regular site visits to support operational teams, maintain client relationships, and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across contract operations.
  • Ensure teams are fully equipped with the necessary vehicles, tools, equipment, and documentation to perform effectively.
  • Carry out site surveys and attend pre‑contract meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and complete all reporting and administrative requirements.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a reactive operational environment.
  • practical operational experience, ideally within the water jetting, industrial services, utilities, or related sectors
  • capable of building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Additional Information

This role requires occasional travel to operational sites to gain a better understanding of project requirements and client needs and therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

While standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, flexibility to work outside these hours may occasionally be required to support operational requirements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Contracts are mobilised efficiently, with fully prepared documentation and well-briefed teams.
  • Operational performance is closely monitored, with issues identified and addressed promptly.
  • Health and safety standards are maintained and continually improved.
  • Strong working relationships are developed with clients and operational teams.
