Job description

Our client, a commodities firm is looking for a Contract Specialist to join their team in London.

The position serves as the initial contact for contract drafting and holds responsibility for the first and second-line governance controls.

This involves:

• Validating and confirming physical trades
• Playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of data in the system
• Contract preparation
• Maintaining communication and negotiation with customers
• System administration, generating reports, adhering to Group Policies, and providing general administrative support

You will need to have the following experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international commodity trading company
• Experience in contract management and understanding of contract lifecycle
• Good communication and organizational skills
