Job summary

Devconnectplatform is seeking a tooling-focused developer to join the WebCompat team to build and enhance internal tooling, dashboards, and the broken-site-report screenshot pipeline used for triaging site breakage.

You will collaborate with QA to translate reporting needs into reliable tooling, leveraging JavaScript, Python/Django, and automation. Familiarity with Bugzilla is a plus and experience with automation pipelines is desirable.

Qualifications

• Solid web development with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and Django.
• Experience building dashboards and data views.
• Comfort with tooling, automation, and web services.
• Self-directed with good written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve WebCompat dashboards (triage, reporting, and metrics).
• Improve the broken-site-report screenshot capture and pipeline.
• Work with the WebCompat team (including QA) to turn reporting and triage needs into reliable tooling.
