Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Risk Integration Specialist on a 6-month Inside IR35 contract in Reading. The role involves integrating risk management across engineering and security, using NIST-based frameworks, and driving security risk efforts with senior stakeholders.

Reading-based with hybrid work, 2–3 days onsite. The ideal candidate will translate technical needs into risk metrics, draft procedures, and lead cross-functional discussions with executives and PSec.

• Analyse and integrate risk management between Engineering and Security.
• Chair cross-functional tables and interface with PSec, Security and executives.
• Draft formal procedures to align risk management functions.
• Support scoping and requirements gathering for risk management tools.
