I'm on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic project team supporting a high‑profile public sector client. This is a fully remote, outside IR35 contract — ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments and has a strong track record delivering Salesforce solutions within government or regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
• Support deployment, release management, and post‑implementation troubleshooting

Must‑Have Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer on complex projects
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
• Public Sector Salesforce (PSS) experience is essential
• Familiarity with Salesforce security models and data governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Knowledge of GDS standards or working in agile public sector teams
