Rewards and Benefits Consultant – 6 Month Contract

Our client, an aviation service provider, is recruiting an interim professional with industrial relations and rewards and benefits expertise to support across several critical workstreams over the next six months.

Contract & Location

6-Month Contract, rate dependent on experience
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:30
Carterton – hybrid working 3 days/week from home
Inside IR35 contract

Responsibilities
  • Support union negotiations by tracking discussions, gathering evidence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting HRBPs during a key Jan – Apr industrial relations period.
  • Deliver research and analysis for the annual pay award while supporting HR leaders with RemCom preparation, briefing materials, and executive committee inputs.
  • Contribute to long-term incentive planning by assisting with 2026 LTIP progression and coordinating required data, insights, and documentation.
  • Lead implementation of a new tech-enabled benefits platform, collaborating with data, supply chain, finance, wellbeing, and communications teams to harmonise offerings.
  • Provide additional support across HR projects, including helping the project manager complete the organisation-wide allowances review where capacity allows.
