Job description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Contract Renewal Specialist to manage and grow our software and hardware service contract portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in contract renewals, customer engagement, and aftermarket services within an established customer base.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of software support and hardware service contracts across the UK and Ireland
  • Lead contract renewals, including transitioning customers from warranty to service agreements
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and recover previously lost contracts
  • Prepare and manage customer proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
  • Manage the renewal sales cycle using Salesforce CRM, both proactively and reactively
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
    Qualifications
    • 2–3 years of experience in service or contract sales, ideally involving capital equipment
    • Strong customer-oriented approach with high attention to detail
    • Proactive mindset with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
    • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (ServiceMax is an advantage)
    • Confident communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms
    • Ability to manage a defined customer portfolio independently
