Job summary

A not-for-profit organisation in Central London is seeking a Contract & Quality Analyst on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide strategic support, monitor contracts, and ensure quality provision for funded beneficiaries. Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, skills in contract management, and excellent communication abilities. This hands-on role offers competitive pay ranging from £38,000 to £43,000 per annum.

Qualifications

  • Graduate within a business or numerically-focused discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in contract management or quality assurance systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Our client, an established not for profit organisation that help to prepare and inspire young people in regard to employment who are located in Central London are looking to recruit a Contract & Quality Analyst to work on a permanent basis.

You will be working full time hours, Monday - Friday. This role will be paying an hourly rate of £38,000 - £43,000 Per Annum.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the Delivery and Engagement Manager.
  • Ensuring their contracts with grant recipients deliver the outcomes they are seeking.
  • Understanding the impact of their engagement.
  • Measuring and assessing quality of provision, and managing the development of their provider directory to support schools and colleges to access leading provision.
  • Helping to design support to maximise impact.
  • The role will also require regular engagement with organisation's research team and will support broader strategic objectives.
Person Specification
  • Graduate within a business or numerically-focused discipline or have equivalent training / work experience.
  • Previous experience in contract management / quality assurance systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experienced in producing meaningful reports and presentations.
  • Experience working independently towards agreed deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superb organisation skills and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on role involved in the contracting, monitoring and support of the Company's funded beneficiaries to maximise reach and improve delivery.
