We’re looking for a skilled FM Contract Project Manager to oversee Hard FM services across three educational establishments and a communal facility, ensuring exceptional service standards and full compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
This is a pivotal role leading the contract through to the PFI handback in March 2028, with responsibility for strategic lifecycle planning, asset stewardship, operational performance and customer excellence.
