Job summary

250-275pd Ltd is seeking a full-time plumber for domestic upgrades across Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire. Join a medium-sized repairs team handling wet works, radiator and pipework upgrades, and cylinder changes in private homes.

Role requires a plumbing qualification, clean driving licence, DBS check, and £5m public liability cover. Driving will be light with about two sites per day; higher rates offered for advanced qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold a plumbing qualification and have experience to work comfortably alone.
• DBS check required and Public liability insurance cover at £5m.
• Own van and tools preferred; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic wet works, radiator and pipework upgrades and cylinder changes.
• Occasional weekend work; approx. 2 sites per day with minimal driving.
• Non-gas installation work; ensure safe, compliant workmanship.

Medium sized repairs and maintenance specialist looking for plumbers to join their well established business for ongoing contract work paid weekly CIS. All work being completed in private domestic properties mainly consisting of general wet works, radiator and pipework upgrades, cylinder changes. No gas qualifications required. Driving will be minimal, with approximately 2 sites per day to attend.

This is a contract role requiring a plumber full-time 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with some optional weekend work, the successful plumber will be required to have a clean driving licence, Public liability insurance cover at £5m, and will be subject to a DBS check. Experience within this role is essential and the plumbers must hold a plumbing qualification and have experience to be able to work comfortably alone. Higher rates are considered for plumbers with more advanced qualifications, experience and broader skill sets.
