Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Contract Physical Security Systems Support Analyst to back the Corporate Security Systems and Technology team in London. You will be the primary UK & EMEA operational resource for break/fix activities, follow-the-sun coverage with the US, and support enterprise security systems globally.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting enterprise physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the UK & EMEA support resource for global physical security system break/fix activities.
• Support a follow-the-sun operating model with US-based counterparts.
• Manage Tier 1 and 2 tickets, troubleshooting, escalation coordination, and basic repairs.
• Support the operation and maintenance of access control, CCTV, visitor management, and mass notification platforms.
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support small-scale regional/global projects including hardware upgrades and migrations.
• Assist with regional security deployments to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with Global Systems & Technology, Security Operations, IT, Facilities, and vendors to maintain standardized processes.
• Provide documentation updates, ticket tracking, reporting, and status communications.
• Participate in after-hours or emergency support when required.
• Travel throughout EMEA as needed.
