A leading financial institution in the UK is seeking a skilled individual to manage strategic contracts and supplier relationships in the Property and FM category. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and extensive knowledge in commercial negotiation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving commercial optimization and significant experience in the Property and FM Market. This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
This role will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a number of key, strategic contracts within the Property and FM category and the supplier relationships that support them. Working with colleagues from across the Bank, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring that the benefits, outcomes and services level originally expected from the contract are delivered through its term. The role will also be responsible for working with the business area leads to maximise the benefits received from the relationship with the relevant strategic suppliers, using Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Best Practice to deliver continuous improvement and to drive maximum value from the contracts and supplier relationships.
The salary on offer is circa £60,000 – £70,000. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below:
