Reading Room is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Manager to lead campaign planning and optimization across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn. This 10-month maternity cover role reports to the Marketing & Communications Lead and supports client campaigns from a remote or hybrid setup.

You'll shape media strategies, manage budgets, deliver insights, and partner with content, SEO, CRO and client services to drive measurable results for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of paid media management experience.
• Certifications such as Google Ads beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage campaign setup, budgets, keywords, ad copy, tracking and optimization.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable client insights.
• Contribute forecasting and collaborate on marketing forecasts.
• Conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI.
• Prepare pitches and media proposals tailored to goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new ad features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Attend client meetings and discuss audits and reports.
• Generate monthly reports for all client campaigns.
