Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Packer for a client in Market Harborough. You will pack and prepare products for shipment with precision, following packing standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday with no weekends. Transport is not provided; you must live locally or be able to commute. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Able to follow packing instructions and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy items as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive packing instructions and gather materials.
• Pack and arrange products in designated containers or packaging.
